Platinum Sponsors $500.00 or more

Note: Donations can also be made as "In Kind Donations"  of items that we need for the reunion events or as items that can be used as prizes at the events. These "In Kind Donations" will be considered at the level of the value of the donation. These types of donations are just as much appreciated as monetary donations and can be listed on the Sponsorship Form (See "Sponsorship Form Instructions" below).

Sponsorship Form Instructions

Please go here to locate a the Sponsorship Form (this form has a top portion to keep for your records and a bottom portion to mail in) to send in as a sponsor to give us your information and choice along with your payment by Cashier's Check or Money Order with your other reunion forms in the mail. Please fill out the Sponsorship Form, even if you decide to make a donation via this website below. We will need each sponsor to please send the Registration Form  & Memorybook Questionnaire (if you are a classmate), and the Sponsorship Form, together please by going to the appropriate links provided in the text and printing them & filling them out to mail in.  If you are using PayPal to pay for your Sponsorship (and attendance if you are a classmate), you may fax us your Sponsorship form (and Registration & Memorybook Questionnaire forms if you are aclassmate) to (609) 620-1818, or fill them out and scan them as a JPEG to e-mail to SumterHigh_Class1983@yahoo.com.
