Registration Price includes:
- Entrance to the Saturday Night Buffet Dinner and Dance

- Saturday Memorial Service entrance for you and your family
Early Registration from March 18 - April 30, 2009 (This has been EXTENDED to May 9, 2009): Price for Alumni $70, or Price for a Couple $130* (Spouse/Guest $60) Late Registration from May 1 - June 18**, 2009 (This has been EXTENDED to July 8, 2009; Registrations MUST BE RECEIVED BY July 8th to be added to the list for Shaw.): Price for Alumni $80, or Price for Couple $150* (Spouse/Guest $70)
*Note: For Alum that are married to another Alum, if you register as a couple we need to know if you would like a gift to be added. The couple registration ONLY includes one Alumni Gift. If you would like to make sure you receive one as well, we need to ask for the cost to cover this item of $7. Please just add the amount to your registration fee and make a small note on your Registration Form. **Note: Registration must be Post Marked by June 18th to be included on a list that has to be turned into Carolina Skies several weeks in advance of the event. So, we are not allowed to have registration at the door. If your name isn't on the list to get into the base, and you can show ID that you are that person, you will not be allowed into the event.
Saturday Morning Memorial Service on July 18th at 10 AM - Noon: Memorial Service is Included in the Registration Prices.
Sunday Morning Farewell Breakfast on July 19th at 7 AM - 9 AM: Breakfast is Not Included in the Registration Prices. * Price Includes taxes.
The prices for the breakfast are as follows:
- $7.29* (Juice & Milk Included), or $9.46* (Coffee, Tea, or Soda Included) for all persons 13 and older.
- $5.44* (Drink Included) for children ages 9-12 years old.
- $4.35* (Drink Included) for children ages 4-8 years old.
- FREE (Drink Included) for children 3 years old and under.
Payments
Payments can now be processed through PayPal for FREE (No Fees with using your CHECKING ACCOUNT or PAYPAL BALANCE ONLY; Credit Cards still require a Fee; We will NOT PAY FEES for transactions sent to us. If you use the Credit Card Option you must select to pay the fees or we CAN NOT ACCEPT the payment.) click here for more details & to send your Registraion Fee using this payment sytem. Then MAKE SURE you either mail your Registration Forms (Registration Form & Memory Book Question Required) to be RECEIVED by July 8th in the mail, or scan the filled out forms & e-mail them to this e-mail address as well.
With this new program PayPal just came out with, we are once again going to attempt to provide a more convenient /faster way for our classmates to register and pay during this EXTENDED REGISTRATION period where Registration Forms MUST BE RECIEVED by July 8th, 2009 . However, please use the e-mail version of this PayPal payment program so yu don't incur charges via the Mobile version.

All registrations and payments are due by June 18th, 2009. We have to provide a list to Shaw AFB for all participants to get clearance for entrance to the base to attend the Dinner Dance at Carolina Skies 4 weeks prior to the event. (This has been EXTENDED)
Note: For all registrants who paid the Non-refundable Reunion Registration Commitment Deposit of $30 last year, please remember that if you do not register this year, this amount is Non-refundable. For those who do register, this money will be applied toward your registration. So, please remember to deduct $30 from the amount of your Registration Payment this year. The later also applies to those who requested a larger sum of their registration fee be retained for this years registration. Please just subtract the amount from your registration fee and make a small note on your Registration Form for the amount & reason. If you are not sure or don't remember, please call Renee at (609) 620-1818 to double check. Thank you again for all those who did either of these two things mentioned, and to those who allowed us to retain all their registration fee to cover last years planning costs. It was very much appreciated by the reunion committee.
There will be no REFUNDS this year after the Late Registration original deadline of June 18th, 2009, if your plans change. We have to set this deadline to be able to meet our expenses for the planned events.
